Open Live Group Sessions
All Live Group Sessions are open to the public and no experience or prerequisites are required (unless otherwise stated). These sessions can be thought of as a "meditation" and/or "energy healing". We come together in a field of Pure Presence which Dara offers as a direct transmission to your bodymind and nervous system. If the session is focusing on a particular area or healing theme, the transmission will include and enliven that.
As Presence meets your experience blockages clear, wholeness is cultured, and awareness expands. Greater peace and equanimity become possible. As the session unfolds, Dara shares the insights, information, and experiences she is perceiving and receiving in real time. This serves to both inform and deepen your awareness of even the most subtle levels of direct experience. You can read more about Dara's approach here.

Healing the Wounded Feminine
Group Transmission Series
January 9, 16, 23, 30, 2025 - Thursdays at 2pm-3:15pm Eastern
This series of four weekly sessions will focus on healing the Wounded Feminine at both collective and individual levels of humanity. This includes working with:
- Archetypal levels
- Fundamental structures of material reality
- Energetic structures and blockages
- Personal, familial, and ancestral patterns and karma
All humans are invited and encouraged to join regardless of physical sex or gender identification. This work benefits the Wholeness that we are.
We will meet once a week for 75-minutes to sit in a shared field of Presence to allow this structure of reality to be fully seen, known, felt, and healed to the best of our ability and at every level of the bodymind, from subtle to dense. This work is both personal and collective and the transmission will meet you exactly where you are. There will be time for sharing and discussing after each transmission and you will have access to the recordings until 2/15/25 to revisit, or receive if you can't join the live sessions. Pay what you choose for the series of four 75-minute live transmission sessions, with a minimum of $45.
Healing for the Unrelated-to-Masculine
Group Transmission Series

This series of four weekly sessions will focus on healing the "Unrelated-to-Masculine" at both collective and individual levels of humanity. There are places, ways, aspects, and parts of the present day manifestation of the masculine structure of reality (from subtle to dense expressions) that hasn't experienced relational contact nor connection in, let's say, eons. We will create a container together where the locked away, frozen, and relationally-starved aspects of the masculine can come forward for healing.
